Shoaib Akhar's pending fine case hearing has been postpned to october 24.
"Since the judge was not present the date has been postponed to oct 24" PCB's lawyer Tafazzul Rizvi said.
The pakistan board had filed a case in Lahore high court against Akhtar questioning his eligibility to play in or for pakistan in domestic and international cricket until the fine of Rs 7 Million (approx US $105000) was recovered. The PCB had earllier allowed Akhtar to participate in the four nation T20 match held in canada in country's interest.
He was penalised with a fine of Rs 7 Million for criticising the Pakistan Cricket Board for its failure to award him with a central contract.
